Scalp Soother: Place your thumbs behind your ears while spreading your fingers on top of your head. Move your scalp back and forth slightly by making circles with your fingertips for 15-20 seconds. With your thumbs, massage gently where your skull meets your neck.
Easy on the Eyes: Rub your hands together to warm up your palms, then place them over your eyes and breathe deeply several times. Then gently squeeze and massage your eyebrows between your thumbs and forefingers.
Hand Relief: Gently shake out your hands, then gently hold and rub each finger with all the fingers on the other hand.
Shoulder Tension Relief: Reach one arm across the front of your body to your opposite shoulder, support your elbow with the other hand, and gently pound on the muscle above your shoulder blade with a soft fist. Repeat on the opposite side.
